Ian, of MRM Websites is a very patient and considerate man. He needs to be when dealing with a small technophobic non profit organization such as PILLARS.
Ian designed our website over 2 years ago and has hosted the site since that time. Besides his skill at building the site, he has taught different staff how to administer our site to update information and expand the pages. He provides a most helpful, knowledgeable and conscientious service in building and maintaining our website.

He anticipates our needs when I cannot even verbalize them. He knows how to build a site that navigates the information easily for visitors. He worked extensively with me to achieve the right presentation and answers my questions immediately. He is always available in person, by email or on the phone to provide us with guidance on how to make changes to our website when we are not able to do so.
